Bullish wedges are developing for a number of indexes.  These generally require 5 touches, so we should see another touch of the top, then the bottom before the break out and up

The DOW and SPX are putting in their final legs of wave c of 2, but the XLE and Nasdaq (QQQ) probably already have finished 2 and are leading the way
