Tuesday Update

Two indexes are on alerts going into tomorrow: Gold remains on a BUY/LONG Alert once again as GLD did not take out yesterday’s high, and it is now joined by Transports, which is on a SELL/SHORT signal.  The remainder of the indexes remain BUY/LONG.

The daily chart of the leading indexes belows is playing out as I suggested it might as the indexes have found support for now on their respective mid-band lines.  Under the bullish count there should be a nice bounce from here followed by the indexes tracking the upper bands to 2012 highs.  Under the bearish count, a break of the mid channel lines would likely would open the door for the indexes to revisit their lower BBs. Both counts remain alive, but the bears need to act swiftly to keep their count alive.
